February Finishes

I managed to completely finish one of the UFOs (Unfinished objects) that I committed to on Carrie's challenge at www.apashionforapplique.blogspot.com

I showed you 3 that I was going to try to finish here: http://mamatquilts.blogspot.com/2013/02/ufo-for-february.html

I completely finished the crazy blocks and the quilt has been delivered to Hearts and Hands ( a part of my quilt guild. We make quilts for kids who need them.)

The English paper pieced top is finished and has been delivered to Donna T. to quilt.

The owl paper pieced top is also finished and Theresa C. has it to quilt. I forgot to take a picture of it.

So really....I finished one but the other two are well on their way to being done.

Now for my big news of the day. I received a letter from The American Quilters' Society today. My quilt that is currently on display at the National Quilt Museum has been juried in to the AQS Show in Paducah. The show is April 25-27 and there will be 30,000 people at this show. Road trip!!!! I'm so excited.....again!
