I went at least 10 days without even touching the sewing machine. But I'm back at it.
I made some more of these:
And I finished a couple of these:

This red work is a long term project--one of those things that sits in a project bag all ready to go in case I don't have anything else to work on. Which explains why it has taken me 2 years to finish 2 of these. |

Your blocks and stitchery are really pretty. I'm embarrassed to tell you how long it's been since I touched my sewing machine. I keep telling my boss I don't have time for a job!
i hear you - i was using Thor to quilt with, and Sven sat alone in the magick shoppe so long that i forgot where the "on" switch was ... seriously! i had to ask Auntia ... i think i heard her mutter something about senility, but when i asked, she told me she said "tranquility" ... i'm not sure that i believe her
your stitcheries are lovely!
Oh no! You should never go that long without touching your sewing machine Teresa...ones mental health depends on bonding with the sewing machine at least once daily or at least that's what I tell my family!:)
I really like the quilt you are working on and your redwork is very pretty.
Your redwork is beautiful....just promise never to go that long without touching the happy-maker again!
Well, I am sure it feels good to back to sewing again. Love those blocks.
I love your blocks and each time I see the side bar on Kim of Magnolia Bay Quilt's blog I want to dig into my stash and make some.
