My wonderful quilter friend, Donna T. worked wonders (as usual) with her longarm quilting machine. |
Here's a close-up of Donna's quilting. |
She did all the quilting free-hand with the exception of the four corner squares. They're computer generated. |
Another close up of the quilting. |
And I just had to finish with the head that belongs to the feet in a previous picture. He has a wide wingspan so I always ask him to hold my quilts for me. Isn't he cute?! |

My, what hairy legs your quilt has! They are both very pretty and I hope they get nice ribbons at the fair!
Your quilt holder does a very nice job of holding the quilt straight and not stretching it. My holder sometimes pulls too tight. Oh and yes he's a good looking holder :)
Can't wait to see what ribbons you win for your beautiful quilts. It's starting to feel like Fall around here just in time for the Fair's....yeah!
Actually Kara did not leave that comment, I, Ranette did....someones been on my computer again...sigh...
good luck! the quilting is fabulous.
I am sure you will win a ribbon or two or three (how many quilts are you entering? ) If not, something is seriously wrong with the judging! That's all I will say about that!
Wow! Nice quilt. Beautiful!
